Designer Ian K. Fowler distills the task lamp to its purest form, cantilevering the cylindrical shade from a slim stem balanced by a smooth, weighted disk. The elegant minimalism is punctuated only by a lever that allows the lamp to telescope and swivel, placing the light exactly where needed.
